Wearing my chocolate brown boots was a convenience for me today, since it was raining I came from the village to fairytale Prague to see Libuše and her husband Přemysl Oráč. If he really looked like the statue, then he was a real hunk but Libuše wasn´t such a beauty. Maybe Myslbek liked his own gender rather or I just have been living too long in San Francisco and got used to the fact that most of the men are gay. Whatever. I had a beautiful trip in my beautiful vintage Ralph Lauren blazer and dress form Boutique Victoria. Libuše had a beautiful dress in the style of what could be Alberta Ferretti but she was missing something - earrings. Lets say she lived in the Bronze Age a you know, they did have some cool designs. Whereas I did have earrings, by Guess for $30 and to match, a gold bracelet from my Babička (grandma). So you see, grandma´s aren´t just for cookies. ;)

A nakonec - můj dlouhodobě chtěný espresso.
After a long and touristic walk I got hungry and was dire need of an espresso. So I went to the Letná area, where I stopped at a restaurant called Peperoncino I found on the way up the hill called either Kostelní or Letohradská. I can't remember which one it was and I really don't want to stress out over it. It looked like it was closed but if a person is in a desperate state = in need of food and coffee, then they will do whatever. It is a strange sensation being there for the first time. The double-colored lamps are everywhere, checkered tablecloths and on the 2 main walls are huge blackboards, where, by the bar they write what they have to offer for the day and on the opposite side, food philosophy. I ordered a salad with lobster and linguine with lobster, shrimps a zucchini. To top it all off - my long wanted espresso.
